Geert is a reals sportsman who likes to train as varied as possible, combining strength training with yoga and also likes to run, go snowboarding and surfing. He is an expert in the field of functional training. His knowledge and experience as a physical therapist come in handy at the workshops and courses he gives to the fitness and sports industry.

As LXR® choreographer he is responsible for the training design: “I come up with the exercises, try different combinations until you find the perfect music for the workout.” As Program Director of LXR® Training he is in charge of the development of the latest group fitness trend of 2017.
